Pro-Mit Limited trading as CUTSHOP® NZ and its related companies (as that term is defined in the Companies Act 1993) including its agents, franchisees, successors, or assigns (“Cutshop®”) is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with our obligations under New Zealand’s privacy laws. Any information that you share with Cutshop® about yourself or another individual is personal information (“Personal Information”). Any reference to “we”, “us” or “our” is to Cutshop®.

All Personal Information collected is stored in New Zealand. If we need to transfer your Personal Information to a third party recipient outside of New Zealand in connection with one or more Purpose, then you consent to the disclosure of your Personal Information to the third party recipient provided that Cutshop® ensures that the overseas recipient is:

The updated Privacy Policy will take effect 14 days after the date it is posted.
