How we work
From beginning to end, we'll keep you informed about how your job is progressing.
Estimate
We attend to queries on daily basis. Our team aim to respond within 48 hours* of receiving your enquiry. If you’re ordering a cut-to-size kitchen you can place an order online here.
Programming
Once you have accepted the estimate and paid the deposit we aim to send you working documents within a week.
Materials
After finalising the drawing, we will order the materials for your job. Some items arrive overnight and others can take up to a week.
Production
Once all materials arrive, your job enters the queue and takes 5 working days on average** to complete production. If you need it quicker please ask about Fast Track and Express options.
Payment
You can pay at Cutshop® when collecting your job. If you have selected a delivery option, payment needs to be made before dispatch. We accept EFTPOS, Internet transfer or Credit Card.
Delivery
We will contact you when your job is ready for collection or dispatch. Collection times are Monday to Friday, between 8am and 4pm, unless otherwise arranged.
* Complicated jobs may take a few days before an estimate can be generated.
